The Bio-Unit aims for unity of Mind, Body and Spirit ( for companies as well as individuals ). this values principle is applied to all its work either with individual groups or organisations. As a result of 23 years of continued daily practice, the Bio Unit has developed a Holistic broad eclectic approach to helping individuals and companies. Indeed as the first alternative practice in Wales, it has seen the launch of several alternative practitioners who first came through its doors either as clients, or through the training the Bio-Unit has provided. The years have seen practitioners come and go.
The Bio-Unit can count many firsts. It was the first to practice Aromatherapy and Reflexology, first in Postural Integration, first in Bioenergetics, first in Shiatsu, first in Holistic Massage, first in NLP and Ericksonian hypnosis, first in Provocative therapy, and the first to offer training in some of these fields.
Over the 23 years it has gathered a wealth of practical experience whilst continuing personal and professional development.
For individuals the Bio-Unit from its eclectic base now offers Reflexology, Reiki, NLP, Ericksonian hypnosis, Psychotherapy, CBT, Counselling and Life Coaching. Many problems are treated including, Pain management, Anxiety, Depression, Phobias, Compulsions, Confidence, Panic, Childbirth fear alleviation, Stress, Eating disorders, Exam success, Habits ( Smoking cessation ), Motivation, Infertility, to Sexual and Relationship issues ( including Couple Counselling ).
Sessions are normally an hour and a half, which allows for a great deal of progress to be made quickly from the beginning.
