The Bio-unit was the first alternative and complimentary practice in Wales.
Based in Cardiff the Bio-Unit was ahead of its time when launched in 1983. It was a pioneer in the alternative and complimentary health field. There was very little public awareness of alternative therapies back then. This has changed as the positive results have been seen from a holistic therapy approach to a persons well being.
The Bio-Unit has also used the same leading edge approach (organisation therapy), in helping SMEs and larger organisations, by offering Team Building, Mentoring, Executive Coaching, Corporate and Personal Development Programs (using advance NLP), Values and Beliefs Auditing, and Accelerated Learning. As part of its progress the Bio-Unit is in negotiations with the ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) who are setting up qualification centres.
The Bio-Unit has helped hundreds of people to achieve health changed and positive life styles through life coaching, clients have come from a variety of backgrounds, senior executives, media people, actors, singers, sportsmen and women, medical practitioners, entrepreneurs and unemployed people looking for personal development. Many new clients are referred by their friends who have achieved personal growth through the practice.
